Where are your products manufactured?

We proudly manufacture all of our clothing right here in North America!  Currently our production is divided between state-of-the-art facilities in Montréal, Canada and Portland, OR, USA. Please see our About Us page for more details.

 

Where do you purchase your materials from?

No matter where we source our materials from, we always strive to buy the best.  We buy all fabrics and trim pieces from North America as long as they are available.  

 

Exchanges, Refunds, and Returns:

Can I return an item?

Yes!  If your item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as it was delivered it can be returned within 30 days.  We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase.  Please see our return policy for more details.

 

Can I exchange an item?

We are happy to exchange items for different sizes, within 7 days of receipt.  Please click here to see the exchange section on our Returns page for more details.

 

Shipping:

How will my order be shipped?

We are currently shipping all orders via UPS and USPS for customers in Canada and the United States, and UPS and DHL for all other countries.  Multiple shipping options such as air, and ground are available at checkout.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping prices are calculated based off of a combination of weight and destination.  Multiple shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide!  If you are outside the United States and Canada, and would like a shipping option other than UPS/DHL, please send us a message at info@cloak-dagger.ca.
